As an Industrial Plater Contractor (2nd Shift), here's what you'll do:

• Coats ferrous/non-ferrous parts using chemical and electro-chemical plating and treating processes, such as: cadmium, copper, temper etch, white layer, anodizing, black oxide, and hard chrome.
• Determines blueprint and EOS processes, amount of necessary treatment, and surfaces to be masked.
• Masking parts and tasks when required per work order.
• Plates various ferrous/non-ferrous materials. Plates or processes experimental and development parts.
• Loads, unloads, and inspects parts before unpacking surfacing plating for coverage and buildup.
• Checks functioning equipment during the process to estimate additional plating times.
• Anodizes, dichromats, and chrome pickles parts for volume of electro-plating.
• Basic knowledge of environmental regulations. Keeps a clean work site.

• Contract Length: Temporary contract (12+ months)
• Compensation: $30.07/HR + 10% Shift Differential after training
• Work Schedule: 40-hour work week
• Shift: (2nd Shift) 2:00pm - 10:00pm/PST

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years' experience of industrial plating and treatment processes
