Full Time - Day Shift - Overtime available - 1+ year of industrial painting experience preferred. Working as a member of the Finishing Services & Industrial Paint team, you will prepare and paint Ag equipment, machines, and manufactured components with protective and decorative materials, such as paint, enamel, or urethane.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for paint by sanding, masking, and cleaning.
- Properly load parts on racks to achieve desired paint results. Correctly identify and tag parts per GK procedures.
- Ensure the flow of Work Orders is maintained by following the schedule and proper staging of paint and powder coat jobs.
- Complete assigned work within a given timeframe and according to GK procedures and customer specifications.
- Ability to adjust sprayer valves and nozzles to regulate width and pressure of spray according to knowledge of painting technique.
- Spray surfaces using the proper surface finishing techniques based on the material used.
- Assist in maintenance, cleaning, and repair of paint equipment as assigned.
- Keep all work areas, including the staging area, clean and organized, emptying scrap and garbage containers as necessary.
- Abide by all safety protocols and procedures.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
