Position Title: Industrial Mechanical Construction Manager

Finally, this leader must have the patience, willingness, and capacity to transition into a new unit as well as the obstacles of obtaining the respect of the present team of 40-80 people. We provide mechanical services for projects involving petrochemical, food and beverage, oil and gas terminals, power/process piping, millwrighting and rigging, plant relocations and demolition, skid and specialty fabrication, and maintenance contracts. This is where we do our job.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Take complete responsibility for the financial and construction execution plans of all projects under your direct supervision. This comprises all operational activities necessary to pre-plan and then execute your construction plan in order to meet senior management performance targets per project as stated by pre-award bid papers and strategies.
2. Communicate, manage, monitor, and report project results at operational and high level performance review meetings. This will necessitate efforts to bring projects that are underperforming back on track.
3. Consistent field presence is critical for managing your people, building client relationships, verifying project progress, and realizing negative cost effect to us via the Change Order procedure. Manage the Change Order procedure from approval to billing, as well as any potential scheduling issues.
4. Monitoring project labor, material, equipment, subcontractors, and general conditions costs using our project cost accounting tools and software for reporting to team and senior management. Here, direct reporting to the CFO will be necessary.
5. Through focused leadership, placing your General Foreman, Leadmen, and field journeypersons in a position to succeed through good communication, outlining your expectations, and then carrying out the project plan using the most successful construction practices.
6.Create, track, update, and communicate Microsoft Project schedules with your direct subordinates in order to fulfill client deadlines.
7.Be able to read, interpret, and manage projects in accordance with client contract papers and requirements.
8. Manage personnel as needed and collaborate with the HR Director on needed resources when extra talent is needed. This comprises both fabrication and installation teams, which may be operating at the same time.
9. Ability to collaborate with the design lead and other management to acquire necessary supplies, set up subs, and plan rental and owned equipment to get the best results for field execution.
10. Have a thorough understanding of P&IDs, Equipment Arrangement Drawings, Fabrication Isometrics, and pipe Specifications for all sorts of pipe services.
11. Increasing EBITDA (Net Income) 5% through improvement efficiencies

COMPENSATION
Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
Bonus Potential: $10,000-$50,000 calculated via profit center team bonus calculator.
