Position overview:
The successful Industrial Maintenance Technician will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to perform daily tasks required to ensure operational ability of production equipment and building systems. He/she will have a strong working knowledge of Industrial Maintenance, encompassing many of the following area:
- Electrical troubleshooting using meters and schematics
- Mechanical aptitude
- Hydraulics/Pneumatics troubleshooting using prints
- CNC machines
- Robotic arms
- Conveyor systems
- Ovens or furnaces
- PLC and Ladder logic functionality
- Understanding of high power AC/DC electricity and components.
- Safety systems and guarding, interlocks, etc.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in maintaining industrial equipment and automation or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
- Welding certification preferred
- Experience with large industrial system hydraulics or electrical a plus
Knowledge of:
- Electrical troubleshooting using meters and schematics

- Hydraulics/Pneumatics troubleshooting using prints

- Robotic arms
- Conveyor systems
- Ovens or furnaces

Mental & Physical Demands typically required to perform the essential functions of this job
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
Working Conditions under which the essential functions of this are typically performed.
- The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

Our Total Rewards program and options available to an employee may vary depending on multiple factors, including location and hire date. Hourly pay rates are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Hourly pay rate: $24.50-$26/hr.
Sign-On Bonus of $3,000 paid after 90 days of employment.
