Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 2Nd/3Rd Shift

Prolink has partnered with a Manufacturing client who is looking for a strong Maintenance Mechanic in Smyrna, TN. You will perform set up, routine maintenance, adjustments, troubleshooting and repairs on liquid fill production equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic rebuilds, focusing on valves and pumps.
• Works primarily with RS logic 5000. This includes tasks such as changing out motors, identifying problems, and troubleshooting by connecting a laptop.
• Engage in both mechanical and electrical tasks, with approximately 10% involving electrical.

Must-Haves:

• 2-5 years of Industrial Maintenance/mechanical experience
• Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic rebuilds, particularly dealing with valves and pumps in water-based systems. Experience in compound operations is a plus and liquid manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in using RS Logic Or Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting, including changing out motors/480v and identifying problems
