Industrial Housekeepers And Cleaners Needed In Fishersville, Va!

Sizemore, Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Warehouse Tech-Janitorial Worker for the Day and night shift in Fishersville, VA. The shift hours are from 6am to 5PM and 6PM to 5AM and the pay rate is $15.50 per to $16.50 hour. This role involves performing various janitorial tasks and maintaining cleanliness within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:

• Gather and dispose of all cardboard, packing materials, wood, and other debris from designated areas.
• Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners.
• Ensure proper labeling, dilution, and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment such as augers, balers, and waste compactors when required.
• Report irregularities and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing projects to increase efficiency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school graduate or recipient of GED.
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates a commitment to service and professionalism.
• Possesses patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy in all interactions.
• Exhibits initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and follow detailed instructions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
