Biewer Sawmill Winona, Inc, is looking to add a full-time Industrial

Electricianto our team in Winona, MS. This position will install, repair,

and maintain electrical systems and equipment.

Accountabilities
Primary responsibilities will include:

Install, maintain, repair, and modify industrial electrical wiring,

equipment, and instrumentation in accordance with relevant codes

and from blueprints, schematics, and sketches

Complete preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems

and manufacturing equipment.

Troubleshoot production equipment (motors, switches, starters, control

panel wiring) using electrical and mechanical aptitude, knowledge,

and background in high voltage.

Observe all safety rules, policies, and precautions, report, and correct

unsafe work conditions, and complete required safety and regulatory

training.

Offer recommendations and diagnose repairs to make adjustments to

industrial controllers including analog and digital programmable logic

controllers

Work with outside contractors and vendors on maintenance projects.

Communicate with the maintenance team and management to

report any equipment is not operating properly.

Qualifications
PLC Experience is a plus.

Experience in heavy industrial equipment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Proficient computer skills

Basic Electrical Theory / Circuits; De-Energization/Lockout

Applications of Industrial Sensors – Infrared, Proximity, Limit Switches,

Etc.

Electrical Control Systems – Energy Management and Electronic

Controls
