MUST BE A CARDED ELECTRICIAN with Industrial Electrical experience!
Shift: 1st (7p-7a)
Pay: $36/hr
Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate, and test a wide variety of instrumentation (including sensors, encoders, potentiometers, control valves).
Advanced electrical knowledge, including the ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace AC/DC drives and motors; and calibrate and set speed cards, potentiometers, tachs, encoders, etc.
Troubleshoots, repairs, and installs wiring circuits, transformers, and control devices in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Ability to use a laptop to read, interpret, troubleshoot, and modify ladder logic; use a laptop to perform program transfers to all models of PLCs in the plant.
Ability to troubleshoot using multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes.
The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wire diagrams.
Must have a strong understanding of NFPA 70E standards and be capable of applying these standards in the work situation.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other employees to improve execution of task.
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical systems on production equipment.
May operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment.
Will utilize both hand and power tools effectively while maintaining high maintenance and safety standards.
Maintaining clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks.
Basic understanding of 5S
Basic computer knowledge
Basic CMMS knowledge
