Currently hiring BOTH Mechanical and Electrical Construction Project Managersto manage Industrial Construction Projects. These positions are responsible for planning, scheduling, estimating, and overseeing internal employees as well as subcontractors while managing multiple jobsites up to $10 million in value.

Your capabilities:
- Oversee Industrial Construction Projects related to energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc.
- Recruiting and lead, train and supervise teams.
- Enforce project safety requirements.
- Monitor job costs and overall performance
- Review and provide feedback on overall project schedule, working with Project Engineer to update and distribute to internal and external stakeholders
- Complete written reports of job process, cost and other matters as requested.
- Assists craft supervision in coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures and specifications.
- Produce cost based estimates for RFP's.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in construction of industrial projects.
- 4+ years experience as Project Manager in any field.
- Strong Leadership and Supervisory skills.
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing/ estimating program.
- Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
- Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software.
- OSHA safety training.
- Clean and Valid drivers license.
