Work with an established team of electricians, to complete a variety of customer-driven projects with highly competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- The apprentice electrician performs electrical work involved in construction, maintenance, and/or repair of commercial, industrial electrical construction projects
- Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order
- Punctuality be on time, all the time, at the designated work site
- Teamwork and a positive attitude
- Completes 10-hour OSHA Safety Course
Requirements
- A willingness to follow Instructions, learn and do the job right the first time
- The ability to plan ahead - prepare tools/materials for the journeyman ahead of time; this improves job efficiency and makes a great impression
- Able to diagnose problems using electronic test equipment
- Eagerness to learn electrical schematics and blueprint reading skills
