Industrial Cleaning Associate – Weekend Only 
Looking for weekend work ONLY? Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working and reliable Industrial Cleaning Associate for a company based in Montgomery, AL. In this role, you will primarily be tasked with removing and cleaning waste materials from the painting department. Waste removal includes shoveling sludge like material from spaces into 5-gallon buckets and hauling and emptying buckets into provided waste receptables, in addition to other responsibilities related to cleaning; mopping, shoveling, scrubbing, scrapping, etc. If you want to make extra and quick cash! This is the job for you!  

Pay Rate 
$17.00 per hour (Pay can increase depending on work performance) 

Schedule and Hours 
1st Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm 

2nd Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am 

 

Industrial Cleaning Associate Duties and Responsibilities 
• Must be able to work in or around, over and under fixed equipment and machinery. At times, the job may involve repetitive stooping and shoveling. 

•  Job will involve repetitive lifting of 5-gallon buckets from floor to chest. 

•  Capable of frequent walking and movement. 

•  Job will require 12 hours of continuous standing, bending, lifting, and walking. 

•  Able to wear and work in personnel protective equipment including steel toes boots, Tyvek suit, safety glasses and head covering. 

• Keep work area clean and neat

• Follow all safety practices and procedures   
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

 

 

•Attention to detail

•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

•High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

•Ability to lift 75 lbs. throughout the entire shift. (Lifting assessment given in the office) 

•Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

•Proper unexpired government documents required to complete the Federal I-9 process.

•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
