Indoor Framer (Full-Time / Permanent)

Do you have experience in construction and are interested in working in a single climate-controlled environment? Windsor Building Systems specializes in factory-built home construction components such as roof trusses, floor decks, and wall panels and we would love to have your join our team.

In this position, you will construct various wood frame components of homes in conjunction with our production software and designs by taking the labeled parts and following the plans. Projects vary in complexity, as all components that we build are custom made.

Duties:

• Measure and cut building materials
• Assemble framing components
• Follow safety standards and policies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work together with all team members
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend design plans
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy pieces of materials
• Comfortable identifying and using a variety of hand and power tools; such as powered saws, nail and staple guns.
• Knowledge of various types of lumber and building materials
• Pass pre-reemployment drug and physical screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
