Job Overview:
CAS Cable is a growing provider of broadband services in the Mid-Ohio-Valley and expanding to Kanawha County. We are seeking to hire Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This position requires daily interaction with office staff and customers via email, phone, and face to face. Must meet customer's needs and expectations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. The candidate would be expected to be available for work Monday - Friday 8-6 and Saturdays 8-3. The chosen candidate will be assigned an 8 hour shift during these times in person at our office in Dunbar.
Responsibilities &Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, face to face, chat, and email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide troubleshooting for cable, internet, and phone services.
- Process customers orders and service calls.
- Manage payment transactions accurately.
- Complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
Required Skills:
- 1 year Customer Service experience with additional accounting knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire to learn and work with a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to problem solve.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- High accuracy data entry and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in stressful situations.
