Indoor Cannabis Assistant Grow Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Indoor Cannabis Farm. No previous cannabis growing experience is necessary. For this position, you will be helping with all aspects of Indoor Cannabis growing including, but not limited to planting, pruning, clone production, deleafing, watering, spraying, trellising plants, moving plants, moving equipment and supplies, cleaning, facility maintenance and repairs. We are looking for someone who is very reliable, who can work 40 hours per week. This is an entry level job for someone who is eager to learn all aspects of growing. You will be working directly under our current Grow Manager. Must have a positive attitude and reliability is a must.

Other requirements:

-Local Applicants Only (40 miles or less from 97031)

-Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Marijuana Worker permit (You can get this when you are hired)

-Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.

-Reliable transportation to and from work.

-Must speak English and be a good communicator (Bilingual Spanish Speakers are a plus!)

-Be willing to go above and beyond expectations, and take pride in doing good work. There is room for advancement.

Compensation Package:

-Starting pay: $20/hour

-Full time: 40 hours/week

-Paid sick/vacation time: You will accrue 40 hours of sick pay per year.

-Health Insurance: After 90 days of employment, the company will pay for 50% of your health insurance

-Schedule: 40 hours per week - After training Saturdays will be required.
