commercialization, the Indirect Retail Manger is responsible for managing all front-line Indirect retail point of sales and organizational operation in a specific territory. This position will oversee the activities of the team responsible for executing our Indirect Retail channel and assure the highest level of success, continuous improvement, and customer service. Plan team activities' scope & targets in line with team composition & territory I&O to maximize impact / return.

Deliver key performance indicators, metrics, and ensures effective execution of the sales plans. Analyze effectiveness and continuously improve processes for solutions to increase sales, consulting all stakeholders as needed. Control field activities execution vs targets, guidelines / benchmarks & IR platform development plans, approve results and documents Maximize return from toolbox deployment, share feedback and ideas, escalate critical issues and engage with HQ team to solve them Maintain required quality of Indirect channel deployment - team expertise, focus on customer experience, conversion & NPS.

Ensure excellence of execution, operations' effectiveness, and agility in problem solving; inspire team to go an extra mile and deliver above expectations Collect and provide all available information about the market, customers, and competitors by regularly providing the requested reports Conducts POS coverage audits in accordance with the field activity plan. On the basis of internal audits, forms business improvement plans and implements them. Informs the team about the results of work over the past week (compiling and sending out summary information in the approved format).

Organize well-coordinated teamwork, distribute roles in the team depending on the individual ability and result of each lead and expert (set goals, motivate the team, create a safe environment, monitor tasks, help experts, provide feedback, etc.). Conduct on-the-job field training in accordance with the monthly field activity plan, field time standards, and the field training standard. Log activity results in a specialized system.

Ensure uninterrupted operation of channel controls operational processes in POS (opening and closing POS, merchandising, stock availability, POS cleanliness, checking the knowledge of the brief by experts, the standard of diagnostics and device replacements, cash discipline, daily comparison of data from the system, etc.). Organize monthly process with sharing address program, tasks ordering, opening/closing documents. Process the results of evaluating the satisfaction of the service provided to customers - processing requests within the framework of NPS (Net Promoter Score) in accordance with the brief.

Monitor compliance with safety regulations at the point of sale during the work shift. Control the opening of new points of sale, supervise work related to the activity of the POS (repair, dismantling/installation of equipment, cleaning, etc.), control the closure of the POS (termination of the TT operation). Process requests in the book of complaints, mystery shopper.

Who we're looking for: 4 or more years of experience in Indirect Retail Expertise in retail operations Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in Indirect Retail is required.
