Form of workPSECU, a high-tech progressive financial institution with more than $8 billion in assets, is seeking an Indirect Loan Officer to processes vehicle loan applications submitted by indirect program participants from time of application through decisioning. Serves as first point of contact to handle dealer and member inquiries as they relate to all aspects of the indirect lending program.

Schedule: Monday- Saturday 9am-5pm, Thursdays off. This is a hybrid schedule working remotely with minimum onsite expectation of 20%.
Minimum Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/hr (Commensurate with experience)
Candidate must be bondable and credit worthy.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Essential for this position:
- Processes loan applications submitted by indirect program participants including third-party refinance companies and other vendors.
- Reviews required verification documents from dealers and members for accuracy and legitimacy.
- Maintains positive and productive relationships with program participants, coaching dealers as needed to ensure proper application submission.
- Adheres to underwriting policies and procedures.
- Provides support on technical and policy related inquiries from members and program participants.
- Qualifies vehicles for value.
- Cross-serves and provides general information on credit union products and policies.
- Processes service reevaluations and reconsiderations of loan denials/suspensions as needed.
