Regional Sales Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving key sales objectives through the development and maintenance of a strong dealer network. The position is responsible for managing the growth and development of AODES in a defined market area to increase brand awareness and market share.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop business with new dealers.
· Responsible for identifying, prioritizing open points, and signing franchised dealers according to the company’s strategic plan.
· Manages assigned geography performance against agreed targets and budgets; develops quarterly and annual strategic business plans for achieving new dealer targets.
· Business Development – responsible for developing assigned geography to maximize sales targets and broaden AODES’s footprint in geography.
· Understands and upholds state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the Powersports and Motorcycle industries.
· Plans, sets up, and participates in marketing shows, dealer shows, exhibits, and displays as required.
· Other duties as required.
Education & Experience Required
· 5+ years of previous field sales experience in similar roles including sales, account development, and customer service.
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Valid driver’s license, ability to drive independently, and maintain a safe driving record.
· Ability to pull an enclosed trailer with the capacity to hold up to a demo unit.
Education & Experience Preferred
· 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role with a record of high-volume sales to existing accounts and account development.
· Previous sales experience in the Powersports industry
· Motorcycle endorsement

· Candidates must live in the sales region.
