Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Mechanic to join our team as an Independent Contractor. As a Mobile Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing on-the-go automotive repair and maintenance services to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.

Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify automotive issues.

Possess and maintain a comprehensive set of personal tools necessary for automotive repairs.

Have reliable transportation to reach service locations promptly.

Utilize a cell phone for effective communication with customers and the company, including the ability to send pictures as needed.

Efficiently manage your schedule and appointments to meet customer demands.

Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and in compliance with company standards.

Communicate effectively with customers, providing explanations of repairs and maintenance procedures.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an automotive technician or Mobile Mechanic.

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Own and maintain a reliable set of tools and equipment.

Must be willing to travel within the designated service area.
