Independent Drayage Freight Agent

• Your own Broker's License and previous experience in the freight market.
• Willingness to learn and be mentored by our experienced team.
• Strong desire to work collaboratively with our Carrier Representatives.
• Basic experience in the USA logistics industry as a freight broker or logistics coordinator is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs and Office software.
• A team-player mindset and the ability to build close relationships with our Carrier Representatives.
• Creative thinking and determination to discover innovative shipping solutions.
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

• Handling incoming requests and gathering the necessary information to provide accurate quotes.
• Participating in freight rate negotiations.
• Paperwork preparation.
• Gaining industry expertise and knowledge.
• Tracking and reporting shipment status.
• Collaborating with our team to follow up with customers, aiming to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Engaging with customers through LinkedIn networking.
• Exploring and implementing various tools and strategies to acquire new customers.

• Own Freight Customers Database.
• Experience as a Container Drayage Sales Rep.
• Marketing experience.

• Stable lead generation.
• Strong team and all the time support.
• You are not working as an employee, but as an independent contractor.
• Automatization of work processes(emails, texts, follow-ups).
• Work in EST schedule (9 am - 6 pm EST).
