Regular contact with the Customer.
To review the status of the delivered products and perform random product verifications if needed and allowed by the Customer.
Daily report to Customer Quality about anomalies, incidents, rework or other relevant aspects occurred.
Follow-up of the Customer claims and actions implementation (containment/corrective), including official and non-official incidents.
To establish, when necessary, the corresponding containment actions and review their effectiveness.
To represent GRUPO ANTOLIN in the Customer meetings
To collaborate with development and/or launching activities for new Projects such as presentation of First Samples, production trials at Customer line, safe launch activities, etc.
