Apartment Make Ready Technician

Local Property and Ownership Company is hiring immediately for a full-time Make Ready Technician for a clean older property located in Louisville.

The position is full-time Mon-Fri. Experience is required. Applicant should be comfortable with the following:

Drywall repair
Replacing Doors
Countertop installation
Ceramic Tile Installation/Repair
Plumbing (Setting toilets, snaking drains, rebuilding faucets, etc)
Trim Carpentry

Minor electrical (replace switches, plugs, etc)

Must have own tools

Pay 24-27/hr depending on experience! Plus monthly, paid holidays, personal days, vacations, and optional health insurance!
