Compensation & Perks...
- Base + Commission: $75,000 OTE
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $75,000 (75% base, 25% commission). Base salary: $56,250 annually ($27.05 per hour), plus $18,750 annual commission uncapped.

Shift Schedule & Availability:
Weekdays: 3 shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM ET are required.
Weekends: Options range from 7 AM to 11 PM ET, with flexibility offered to suit your availability. A variety of weekend shifts are available, including:
- 7am-4pm
- 8am-5pm
- 9am-6pm
- 10am-7pm
- 11 am-8pm
- 12pm-9pm
- 1pm-10pm
- 2pm-11pm (ET)

About the Role...
CharterUP is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Marketplace Sales team! The core focus of this role is to help find chartered transportation solutions for our clients’ group travel needs by leveraging our cutting-edge marketplace technology. This role handles phone-based, high-velocity, transactional inside leads; and can be an entryway into our Enterprise sales team, which handles complex, long lead time sales for our Enterprise clients.
What You'll Do...
Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be centered around inside sales in a call-center-like environment, primarily dealing with accounts that require less than five buses. Unlike traditional inside sales roles with volume prospecting, this position focuses on managing both high volume inbound and some outbound sales calls, providing detailed and accurate trip quotes. You'll be handling 20-35 inbound and 40 outbound calls daily, aiming to convert 30% of approximately 300 monthly customer quotes into booked trips.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up with prospective customers
- Promptly respond to voicemails and emails from customers to assist with new quotes and making changes to existing quotes
- Leverage our proprietary marketplace technology to meet Inside Sales Rep performance metrics, including gross revenue, quote conversion rate, and unique quotes per month
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, gaining a full understanding of their needs to build out accurate and comprehensive trip quotes
What You'll Bring...
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-call volume sales role
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated in a work-from-home environment
- Comfortable asking for the sale, overcoming objections, and using assumptive sales techniques
- Ability to elicit trust from clients through a warm and professional tone
- Clear and concise communication style coupled with great listening skills
Geographical Requirements:
Confirm you reside in one of our operational states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, MO, NC, NH, NV, NY, OK, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, or WY. This requirement supports our logistical and operational needs.
