Customer Service Representatives Wanted

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a busy call center that handles a variety of inquiries from customers across the country. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team that values your skills and experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Take around 35 calls a day, each lasting an average of ten minutes.
- Provide excellent service and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Learn how to handle any customer situation and have access to advisory staff if you need help.
- Work in a quiet and calm environment with scheduled breaks and lunches.
- After the first 90 days, you will have the option to become a fully remote worker, obtain full benefits, and more!
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Availability to work a day shift, 8am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday, for the first 5 days of training, and then an earlier start time (between 6am and 8am) afterwards.
- A reliable internet connection and a computer with a headset if you choose to work remotely.
