General Characteristics:
In this position, you will take inbound calls from customers regarding vitamin and supplement sales. The nature of this work is providing customers with excellent service while retaining their business with our clients.
We are hiring for full and part-time schedules. This position requires 2 weeks of full-time, remote training before starting your normal schedule which will include one weekend day each week. There are a variety of schedules available within the first and second shift range.
Job description:
- Handle customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Up-selling (with commission!)
- Represent our client in a professional and positive manner in all situations
- Ability to remain positive in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy taking on new challenges
Requirements Include:
- Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc.
- Experience in an environment in which customer interaction is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Enjoys working on a team
Training:
- Product training (Understanding of our client's range of products, ingredients, applications, adverse effects, etc.)
- Systems training (How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
- On-the-job training (Frequently Asked Questions, Job Shadowing, etc.)
- On-line training
Home Environment and Workspace:
- Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
- Ability to hardwire internet, plug directly into your router
- Agents are responsible for maintaining the workspace in a safe condition
- Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise.
- You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It's essential to understand this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours.
