This position will begin NOW and run likely through July 4th! There is some potential for it to last longer and for a few select individuals to become a yearly position.
You must be available for all Morning, Afternoon, and Evening shifts and some weekends.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, reward-driven, sales & service representative to join our Team. The focus will be taking calls from current and potential clients to assist in setting them up for seasonal service. Job description:
· Be the Voice of Mosquito Squad by embodying professionalism, courtesy, tenacity, and subject matter expert of company knowledge.
· Promote and sell the full suite of Mosquito Squad services with a focus on the 21-day Protective barrier treatment. Educate potential clients of Mosquito Squad services with a focus on Mosquito & Tick treatment.
· Follow Mosquito Squad’s structured sales process during inbound sales calls.
· Demonstrate excellent listening skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of customer needs.
· Overcome customer objections.
· Upgrade single Treatment and partial season customers to full season treatment plans.
· Follow-up and close sales with new and former customers
· Complete required forms/ update CRM client record.
· Perform other duties that may be assigned.
· Handling customer complaints, rescheduling appointments, communicating with our routing team regarding technician questions/concerns.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
