SalaryJob Description:
- Monitor 50 inbound calls/day from people throughout New Mexico needing assistance with special enrollment period
- Answer any customer questions regarding Medicaid application, password reset, insurance, ID cards, or billing questions
- Confirm all personal information matches the application
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent Customer Service experience (within the last 2 years)
- Bilingual in Spanish & English preferred
- Must be okay with working in-office and schedule
Start Date: April 29th
Location: Downtown Albuquerque
Hours of Operation: M-F 7:30am-6pm (40 hours/week - schedule restrictions may be accommodated)
Contract: 5-6 months depending on business needs, potential to get extended or brought on permanent based off performance
