Customer Service Representative

Our team is expanding to meet client demand, and has an immediate opening for a Full Time Entry Level Customer Service Representative to assist with the sales, customer engagement and fundraising logistics at our various on-site community based events. Our business was founded on the idea that creating meaningful relationships directly with our clients target customer base is the key to exceeding expectations. The ideal Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be outgoing, love working as part of a team and excel in a high energy, fast paced environment.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle all on-site brand marketing, sales, fundraising, promotional materials and customer engagement at our various community based events
• Facilitate donations from potential customers by providing informational presentations
• Work with fellow associates to successfully execute each promotional fundraising event and meet our clients fundraising goals
• Maintain a clean and professional event space at all times
• Stay up to date with all client information, their non-profit status and community initiatives
• Participate in group training opportunities

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or client service related role preferred but not required
• The ability to work with a wide range of demographics and build rapport quickly and professionally
• A desire and comfortability to grow into a leadership role within our firm
• The ability to think on your feet and problem solve as needed
• An open mind and willingness to continue learning new concepts and strategies

This position involves direct customer interactions. Pay is commission based.
