Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for consulting with patients and determining their needs, developing care plans, coordinating patient-care services, educating them about their condition, and working with the care team to evaluate interventions.
- Provides comprehensive care to clients and patients by developing, monitoring, and evaluating each specific case.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of scheduling and clinicians’ schedules.
- Responsible for receiving and admitting patients and ensuring that the care for their patients is well coordinated.
- Identify patients who need higher levels of care and link them to other services including but not limited to Psychological Testing, Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Psychotherapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy;
- Monitor and ensure the quality of scheduling and clinician’s schedules;
- Check in patients at the office;
- Schedule patients for regular outpatient services including psychiatry and therapy;
- Answers all inquiries and explains all the various services offered.
- Assist assigned clinicians with scheduling inquiries
- Maintains the front desk, reception, and waiting areas.
- Manages multi-line phone calls.
- Performs varied administrative and front desk duties for a medical office.
- Work with clinicians to develop discharge plans for patients.
- Explain and promote our different mental health services and produce high-conversion

Job Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS in Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of related experience in the medical setting is required
- Psychiatric/Mental Health experience is a plus.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Sales experience is required.
Skills:

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
