```Duties```
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues and cases
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
- Assist in negotiating settlements and resolving legal disputes
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to develop case strategies
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
```Qualifications```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.), Bachelor’sdegree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
- Experience in legal administrative tasks, such as document management and case organization
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
