STARTING SALARY $65,000 for Master’s Level or $75,000 for Independent Licensed Clinicians
INCENTIVE RATE $75.00 AN HOUR OVER PRODUCTIVITY

The Intensive Home-Based Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

· Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
· Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
· Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
· Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation:

· Full-time: Salary

QMHP: $60,000 - $65,000

LPHA: $70,000 - $75,000
