In Home Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to join our family. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality medical care and support to a patient in the comfort of their own home. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' health needs, develop care plans, and administer treatments as required.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions
- Develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Administer medications,
- Monitor vital signs and observe any changes in patients' health status
- Provide wound care
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and promoting overall wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in [state]
- Proven experience as a Home Care Nurse or similar role
- Strong knowledge of home healthcare practices and procedures
- Experience administering injections and managing acute pain
- Familiarity with memory care, occupational health, infection control, senior care, laboratory procedures, hospice palliative medicine, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Travel nursing

Pay: $28.00 - $45.47 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
