Position Overview: Right at Home in Atkinson, Nebraska, is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Professionals to join our team. As an In-Home Care Professional, you will have the unique opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client care records.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Right at Home team.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or PCA (Personal Care Aide) certification preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo training and continuing education as necessary.
