Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide assistance and support processes throughout the Textron Aviation Service Center network.  Assist with the analyzes of customer requirements in development of solutions utilizing iMRO and SAP.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Induct, develop and assign revisions for incoming work including the building up of supporting documentation using the current SAP program.
  • Setup field trips, ordering of parts, arrange logistics using Schedule 2000, CESVIEW 2, Lawson and SAP along with local vendors.
  • Monitor, receive and/or create POs in SAP
  • Update revisions during work scope completion to ensure accuracy. Display the skills and ability to bring it to a debit memo request (DMR) for reviewing and posting by the General Manager or delegated representative.
  • Help facilitate any issues that may arise between the service center and iMRO team when needed. This will include the ability to run, interpret reports using Electronic Data (EDW) to determine where improvements need to be made with respect to current metrics.
  • Collaborate with all levels of employees from Technician through Senior Leadership.
  • Guide and mentor lower grade in training and additional on the job responsibilities.
  • Assist with customer visits on an as needed basis including support on hotel reservations, car rentals, customer badges, shipping tickets, etc.
  • Continuously maintain Salesforce customer preferences data, survey and input
  • Process internal payments with billing to management and external payments (CHASE)

EDUCATION:

  • High school education required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1 year customer service or relative administrative experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with multiline telephone
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to accept instructions and directions.
  • Customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable.
