- Develop strategic and comprehensive project plans to oversee all Client Implementations and Onboardings for all Plan Sponsors to include self-funded employers, Taft Hartley plans, Health & Welfare Trusts, Health Plans, etc.
- Define all project objectives and create alignment with broker/consultant and client's goals for the go-live process
- Lead the onboarding process for Clients by establishing clear plans and timelines for implementation
- Manage technical set up and integration of NOMI, Member Engagement, Analytic and TPA systems to deliver a seamless member experience
- Support the set up and on-going operations of a seamless cross-channel provider claims experience
- Coordinate and oversee integrations and implementation of appropriate third party vendors to support Client's overall goals and Nomi implementation
- Continuously identify opportunities of process improvement and quality enhancement as part of implementing best practices, innovative solutions and scalability for onboarding and implementations
- Develop and produce all KPI's, benchmarks and internal reporting for executives and business unit leadership on onboarding projects' progress
- Work with partner TPA to define and execute on a RACI
- Work alongside the Account Management Team to conduct initial kick-off meetings and gather essential information required for specific onboarding and integrations within Nomi's systems
- Foster strong client relationships through regular updates, addressing questions or concerns, problem solving as needed, and actively listening for feedback
- Identify and address any onboarding projects risks or issues proactively
- Build an implementation team maniacally focused on delivering a delightful experience to our the needs of our clients, providers and partners
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Account Management and other appropriate support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation
- Manage a cross-functional team to effectively deliver Client requirements, expectations, and overall Network goals effectively
- Manage internal setup of all Client information including, not limited to, building and configuring data, eligibility, claim files, plans, EDI connections, etc.
- Oversee resource allocation as needed for onboarding projects to ensure optimal use of resources including hiring and training as needed to build a scalable operation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of proven experience in implementation and Onboarding management, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic project plans for diverse client types
- Experience in managing technical setups and integrations, including NOMI, Member Engagement, Analytic, and TPA systems
- Strong skills in fostering positive client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing implementation teams
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Account Management
- Ability to align project objectives with client and organizational goals strategically
