We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team of Attendance on Demand (AOD) time and attendance product specialists headquartered in Loves Park, IL. This position is hybrid remote, but client site visits may be necessary.

About the Role

This Attendance on Demand (AOD) Implementation Consultant will facilitate the design, configuration, and implementation of AOD solutions for our clients.

What you’ll do (core duties and responsibilities):

· Support AOD implementations and/or enhancements as a technical subject matter expert

· Facilitating the configuration and implementation of AOD solutions in multiple environments

· Configure AOD integrations in alignment with AOD best practices

· Coordinate the testing of AOD configuration and integrated solutions

· Partner with client team members to ensure go-live and post-live success

· Traveling to client-sites as requested

Education and Experience (required):

· 2+ years of experience working with workforce management, Payroll or HR technology solutions

· Prior participation in workforce management, payroll or HR implementations for mid-market enterprises.

· Deep expertise with benefit accrual and attendance policies

· Expertise working with database queries (SQL)

· Strong interpersonal skills and professional mentality for a client-facing role

· Good organizational and communication skills in English
