CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an energetic rock star to play a pivotal role in transitioning new clients from the point of sale to program launch through a structured implementation process. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams will be essential in delivering high-quality implementations that exceed client expectations. This position reports to the Vice President of Implementation and will support CuraLinc's Implementation Team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work Collaboratively with the Implementation Team Members as Well as Subject Matter Experts and Other Stakeholders Across the Organization
- Represent CuraLinc's Brand with the Highest Level of Integrity and Enthusiasm with Each Interaction with Clients and Their Advisors
- Respond to Client Inquiries with Timeliness and Accuracy
- Coordinate Meeting Invitations Ensuring All Appropriate Stakeholders Are Represented
- Document All Key Points, Action Items and Other Details Discussed within Each Meeting
- Communicate Project Timelines, Milestones and Requirements with Clarity
- Execute Tactical Aspects of New Client Set-Up Including Client's Web Platform and Mobile App
- Deliver Program Launch Materials Per Client Communication Plan
- Maintain Client-Facing Project Tracking Tool, CRM and Project Management Tools with Timeliness, Completeness and Accuracy
- Contribute to Documentation of Processes and Procedures for Ongoing Reference
- Identify Opportunities for Process Optimization and Product Enhancements Based on Client Feedback and Implementation Experiences
- Coordinate Representation and Collateral for Client Educational Events Such as Open Enrollment Meetings, Health Fairs and Program Overviews
- Support Special Projects as Assigned by the Vice President of Implementation
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Communications, Health Promotion or Business Preferred)
- Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented
- Strong Project Management and Written Communication Skills
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
