Seeking Exceptional Implant Coordinator Lighthouse Oral Surgery is actively seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Implant Coordinator. The Implant Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication among referring offices, implant manufacturer representatives, and patients, thereby upholding our standard of exceptional care. We are looking for someone who has knowledge in implants and looking to increase their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay On Top of Industry Advancements: Engage in regular meetings with implant representatives to remain current on the latest advancements in implants and associated components.
- Facilitate Treatment Acceptance: Collaborate closely with the treatment coordinator to effectively guide patients through the acceptance of recommended treatment plans.
- Meticulous Record-Keeping: Accurately record implant information into the system and maintain a comprehensive log detailing the status of patient implants.
- Ensure Implant Availability: Coordinate closely with attending doctors to ensure the availability of correct implant sizes for each scheduled case. Verify and prepare all necessary parts, tools, and kits for procedures.
- Proactive Communication: Maintain proactive communication channels with various implant representatives to ensure continuous office support and assistance.
- Clinical Support: Perform CBCT scans and obtain PA's as needed, while keeping the doctor apprised of important developments.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on the various phases of implant procedures and obtain any relevant implant history from previous providers.
- Manage Returns: Oversee the process for managing returns efficiently and effectively.
