- 2 NP in practice and 1 FT Urologist
- Site is looking into purchase robotics

- Organization Information:
- Hospital employed position
- You’d be contracted with the group as 1099 independent contractor
- Guaranteed salary annually - Year 1 up to 18 months base compensation of $500,000-565,000 (may vary depending on market)
- $60.00 wRVU rate more than threshold over 2,490 (may vary depending on current MGMA)
- After 18 months move to only wRVU model
- Sign-on bonus
- Relocation allowance
- 4 weeks of PTO
- 6 Paid Holidays

- 1 Month to credential
