Experienced Court Immigration Paralegal

Must have minimum 2 years experience.
This is a growing, fast-pace Immigration Law firm seeking to hire an experienced paralegal.
Focus primarily on cases before the Boston Immigration Court and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. The duties of the paralegal may include meeting with clients to complete applications for relief that will be submitted and presented before the Immigration Court, reviewing and updating case lists with supervising Attorneys/Paralegals, and conducting client intakes to examine case viability.
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Spanish
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· The ability to work efficiently under strict timelines
· Excellent research and writing skills
· The ability to work independently, organize and prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and attorneys to prepare applications and supporting documents to be submitted to the Immigration Court
- Be familiar with briefs
- Assist in or conduct client interviews and declarations in Spanish
- Independently maintain case load, including tracking appointments, deadlines, etc.
- Assist in administrative tasks, research, etc.
Requirements: Good language skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; exceptional computer and organizational skills; detail oriented; exceptional phone skills; reliable.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
