As a Review Attorney, you will be responsible for reviewing application packets for Humanitarian and family-based petitions. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration issues
• Review and analyze case packets to send to USCIS

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the United States
• 3 years of Immigration experience
• Strong knowledge of T visas
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
