Our starting wages in our NC office:

0-4 Months = $14/hr | 4-8 Months = $15/hr | 8-12 Months = $15.50/hr | 1 Year $16/hr

Plus performance bonus weekly!

Customer Service Representative - Tech & Securities Industry!

Empathize. Communicate. Resolve.

When customers reach out, they need more than just answers—they need understanding. We're seeking top-notch Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional support. You will be primarily taking calls for tier 1 tech support and the securities industry, however, you will occasionally still receive calls from other accounts as well to support with overflow.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing general assistance. If you possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for service, this role is tailor-made for you!

Key Requirements:

  • Empathy and compassion towards customers' situations
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working in tech support or the securities industry preferred
  • Experience as a tier 1 tech support agent a plus
  • Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
