Responsibilities include:
- Availability for training and development
- Scheduling appointments with potential Medicare clients
- Meeting with clients to explain Medicare options and help them navigate the enrollment process
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about Medicare plans, coverage
- Assisting clients in selecting the most suitable Medicare plan based on their individual needs and preferences
- Maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and protecting client confidentiality
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Conducting outside sales activities, such as attending community events and networking with local organizations
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate complex information about Medicare plans to clients
- proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is beneficial for providing exceptional service to clients
- Knowledge of benefits administration and insurance terminology is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
