RADIOLOGY - DIAGNOSTIC UNIT

The Imaging Tech is responsible for the routine daily operation of the Radiology department. Functions and performs duties as assigned by the supervisor and manager.
This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital/acute care setting or satisfactory completion of a full rotation at Northridge Hospital Radiology department within the last year required.
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA approved school or BS or AA degree in Radiological Technology in an AMA approved school required.n.
- License is required as issued by ARRT (national) CRT (State) and Fluoroscopy certification required.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- LA City Fire Safety card within 90 days of hire.
