We are looking to fill a Full TimeImaging Scheduler position our Radiology team at North, Saxony, and Tipton Hospitals. This position will work, Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays!
The Imaging Scheduler provides basic administrative and technical support for leaders and teams they support. They manage schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings, coordinates travel arrangements, processes invoices, and handles inquires as appropriate. They manage work with basic guidance and direction. They will address basic administrative and technical issues when they arise and trains and guides the work of less tenured assistants as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Requires 5-7+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
- Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
