Mercy Imaging Centers a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation provides cutting-edge diagnostic imaging services at 16 locations in the greater Sacramento and Woodland areas. Our team of 160 staff members work with our specialty trained and board certified radiologists to provide high quality care to our patients. The locations perform more than 175000 exams annually with the goal of providing top quality imaging compassionate care and timely service with a smile.
Responsibilities
The Imaging Data Analytics Analyst will provide reporting and business intelligence to maximize the effectiveness of DHAI resources service delivery systems and financial performance. Supports DHAI management reporting requirements and cultivate a DHAI Report culture. Effectively manages all aspects of reporting analysis design development and documentation of analytics and reports including statistical analysis and predictive modeling. Supports DHAI Report management with analytics and reporting through the utilization of software database and information design and modification as requested. The incumbent must have strong communication skills and be able to successfully interact with all levels of positions within the organization. Continually monitors systems for data quality efficiency operation and data integrity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possesses 2 years of reporting and analytical experience in a large and multi- site organization with workforce performance optimization technology. Has demonstrated success in developing a business intelligence program. Consistently met/exceeded operational service budget goals and metrics 2 years in a healthcare environment.
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Finance Business.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and ability to conduct root-cause analysis on complex subjects and translate findings into appropriate action. Fluent in current reporting technologies. Proficient with SQL and strong database skills. Experience with SAS, Minitab,SPSS, and/or similar analytical tools. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Crystal reports, Business Objects, PowerBI, Tableau). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years in a healthcare environment preferred. Experience designing operational aggregate dashboards using
multiple channels. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business preferred.
- Experience with reporting metrics EHR, workforce management software, quality monitoring software. Experience with HL7, EDI X12, FHIR, and DICOM standards
Pay Range
$27.77 - $40.27 /hour
