Imaging Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Maintains and scans files to the Credit Union cloud based record imaging system. Ensures files imaged by all departments are filed in their correct department folders and subfolders for easy access and research. Lead contact and authority on backlog scanning. Scans and imports files. Works with the IT department and Iron Mountain to import scanned data files from Iron Mountain and ensures files are imaged in the proper readable format and imaged to the correct accounts, folders or department folders.

- Retrieves or images records as requested

- Appropriately purges and/or disposes of obsolete files and records in accordance with SFCU Record Retention Policy.

- Performs general office duties such as answering telephones, operating office machines, and sorting mail as assigned.

- Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- One to twelve months of similar or related experience.

- A high school education or GED.

Preferred Skills:

-The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern, according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations). File cabinets; Mechanized file systems

Pay: $18.56 - $27.83 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
