Job Description
The Image Review Specialist is to review reports and analyze system data to identify individuals who fail to pay the prescribed tolls on a toll facility. The Image Review Specialist must be able to communicate effectively, and interpret applicable laws, rules, regulations, procedures, and policies and make appropriate decisions regarding the violation enforcement operation.
Summary of responsibilities:
- The IRS must learn and understand how to apply business rules in processing the acceptance and rejection of toll evasion images
- The IRS must learn and understand how to apply business rules applicable to the acceptance and rejection of class mismatch images
- The IRS must accurately key vehicle license plate numbers and select state and plate type information for legible images per established guidelines
- The IRS must learn and understand how to apply state symbols and identify information as well as license plate syntax to perform the review of images
- The IRS must can view images within set productivity and accuracy standards – current part time specialists must meet current productivity and accuracy for full time eligibility
- The IRS performs other duties as directed by supervisor and work leads
Qualifications:
- The IRS must have High School diploma or GED
- The IRS must be able to speak, read and write in English
- The IRS must have basic computer skills and can navigate (using the keyboard and mouse) in a Windows based environment as well as be trained on proprietary applications
- The IRS must have proven data entry skills for speed and accuracy
- The IRS must be detail-oriented
- The IRS must be able to follow required processes with the ability to reason and apply common sense understanding to meet objectives
- The IRS must be able to work in fast paced environment
- The IRS must be able to maintain confidentiality
- The IRS must work weekends when assigned, and shift changes at any time
