Essential Functions
- Work incoming cash letter
- Monitor Watchdog
- Process mobile deposits
- Scan documents
- Work runs in Image Center
- Load, complete, balance and export incoming and outgoing wire
- Settle ATM Reports
- Cash orders and shipping notices
- Process ACH Files
- Work customer tickets in Customer Care
- Work new/failed OLB Enrollments
- Work Debit Card disputes
- Review closed account report and close debit cards
- Work return mail and log
- Balance OLB micro account
- Monitor Bill Pay enrollments
- Review Mobile and CCX reports
- Review endorsements
- Complete EOD
Education and Experience
- Graduation from high school or equivalent GED.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred, but not required.\
- Must have excellent customer service skills and a great attitude.\
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Great organization and diligence with details is important.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Average computer and keyboard skills.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
- Reasoning Development - must be able to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagrammatic, or schedule form.
- Math Development - must be able to solve mathematical problems using techniques such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
