Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for an Endoscopy Tech/GI Tech. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Herrin, IL 62948
Assignment Start Date: 1/8/2024
13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed/week
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs diagnostic radiographic exams.
- Utilizes PACS and EMR systems
- Performs interventional procedures per protocol and established procedures.
- Maintains appropriate IV and Contrast Competency
- Follows established protocols and procedures for proper patient position, exposure control, and radiation protection.
- Performs office duties as needed.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with all involved in the patient care process.
- Cleans and inspects departmental equipment
- Cleans and stocks Imaging rooms.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience: 3 years oftechnical experience preferred
Education: Associate degree
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- ARRT Certification in Radiology
- IEMA
- BLS
EMR System: EPIC Knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: 0700 - 1530 Monday - Friday.
On-call Requirement: 2 weeknights a week + 1 full weekend a month
