*Pay rate for Licensed Level Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): Up to $90/hour
*Pay rate for Licensed Level Clinicians (LSW, LAC, MFT): Up to $70/hour

IIC Purpose:
Intensive In-Community (IIC) services are in-home or community based clinical and therapeutic support for youth and their caregivers with behavioral and emotional challenges. The purpose of IIC services are to strengthen the youth and the youth’s family, to provide family stability, and to preserve the family system in the community setting.
Requirements:
Licensure requirement (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, MFT) - active in the State of New Jersey
Criminal Background check
Have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (documented and up to date vehicle insurance and registration)
Master’s Degree or higher in a related field such as psychology, counseling, social work, etc.
Must be willing to go into the home or community of the families served for the authorized number of hours per week based on each referral and or serve via technology
Must comply with all HIPAA (confidentiality) laws
1 year or more working in a mental health setting or capacity
Responsibilities:
Meet with the youth and family weekly for the authorized number of hours on a consistent basis with professionalism and consultation with All Star Counseling
With the input of the youth and family, create and implement treatment plans that include evidence based interventions and accurate diagnosis, including honoring the youth’s ethnic, racial, and environmental background
Coordinate care with outside providers and entities as related to supporting youth’s goals and objectives
Clinical Interventions should include but are not limited to:
Clinical consultation/evaluation/assessment
Individual counseling and family counseling as appropriate/needed
Anger management skills
Parenting support
Stress reduction
Coping skills
Symptom reduction
Problem solving skills
Crisis intervention
Life skills (e.g. social skills, adapting to changes, activities of daily living skills)
Psycho-educational instruction related to mental health, including, but not limited to, improved decision-making skills to manage behavior and reduce risk behaviors
